The 2009 ASCE Southeastern Student Conference will be conducted in and around Vanderbilt University’s campus, located in Nashville, Tennessee.  On Thursday evening and throughout the day on Friday, students will be allowed to explore our campus, a national arboretum, and experience the sights and sounds of our beautiful and historical location.

Featheringill Hall, one of a handful of engineering facilities, will be the location of many conference activities on campus.  On Thursday evening, Registration, including a reception with refreshments, will be held in the Featheringill Hall Atrium and the Captain’s Meeting will be conducted in a classroom.  Throughout the day on Friday, the career fair will be hosted in the Atrium.  Also, specific competitions will be held in classrooms throughout this building and lunch will be served buffet-style in a downstairs hallway.

The Student Life Center will be a central location for all campus activities during the day on Friday.  The lawn adjacent to the Student Life Center will be used for Canoe Display, and a patio nearby will be used for the Canoe Swamp Test.  Some competitions will be inside the Student Life Center as well.
